How to create illustrations with Adobe Ideas - TutorialHow to create illustrations with Adobe Ideas - TutorialAdobe Ideas offers art enthusiasts the ability to create concepts and fully realised illustrations with powerful vector-based tools. In this tutorial, we’ll mainly be using the Pencil tool, which we can adjust using both size and opacity settings.

Adobe Ideas provides a pretty advanced colour system. To access it, simply click on the colour option to access the fly-out menu, which includes a sample ring Colour Picker for clearer visibility, default tones and RGB and HSB colour spectrums. What this means is almost all the colours you can imagine are available. A layering system is adopted from Adobe Photoshop, minus the blending modes. However, up to ten layers can be added to build your images, all manipulated with opacity values. This means you’ll be able to mix colours and visuals, and we’ll show you how. We’ll also explore tools to scrutinise your images, ways to undo mistakes and how you can then go ahead and share your finished image. How to create illustrations with Adobe Ideas - Tutorial
