If you’re a keen Angler and want to keep track of what you caught and where, then this is the app to do it with. Not only can you enter every single detail imaginable about the fish you’ve just caught, but you can take a picture and use the iPhone’s built-in GPS to tag the location that the fish was caught in. This app will provide documentary evidence for boasting, proof of which bait works best in which locations and generally help you cement your place as the most committed angler known to man. This app is extremely well designed and very easy to use. We think that the price tag is a little high for the App Store, but it is the best app for anglers out there. So if you want to put your iPhone to use during a day’s fishing then this is it.

Fishbook is another app that may be of interest. Check it out in the app store, or find info here: http://www.headhippo.com/
In the interest of full disclosure, I would like to point out that I am the developer of Fishbook, so I admittedly have a personal interest in promoting it. Nonetheless, I do think its a great app and believe its worth checking out. Cheers.
