Apple shows off some of the best iPad apps in two new TV ads

by Freddie Harrison

The latest iPad TV adverts sees Apple pick out some of the best apps for the tablet based on a specific word or phrase. Check them both out after the jump.

Apple has posted two new iPad adverts to its YouTube channel – Alive and Together. Both ads are set for TV spots and show off a number of apps on the iPad and iPad mini based on a specific theme or phrase. In typical Apple fashion, the ads clock in at thirty seconds exactly and their pacing is pretty fast.

Apple’s own description for each of the adverts reads, “With over 300,000 apps, iPad is up for anything you are.” This, combined with the nature of the ads, sees Apple really push the iOS ecosystem as its main selling point for the iPad. This contrasts with recent iPhone ads which each look at a specific hardware or software feature of the device.
